RETURN

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not fit, you can return it within 14 days Return the goods. The return period begins upon delivery of the goods.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unused items. The goods must show no signs of use and the security seal must not have been removed.

  1. Click on the profile icon in the shop's menu, or go to the right of withdrawal or a returns page and request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
  3. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue".

  4. Open the email sent by our shop in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.
  5. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
  6. Click on "Request return" for the order you wish to return.
  7. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  8. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the shop.
  9. Click on "Request return".
  10. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. You will receive a refund after the product has been returned.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus return shipping costs) to your original payment method. Processing and refunds may take up to 14 business days.
